For this year The festival of trees and light Taking advantage of the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation, I decided to decorate 30 ″ sheets, a 36 % sheet, and a 3 -foot tree. When minding what to do in terms of design for a small tree, I was trying to think differently from traditional red and green, which can sit as part of a tabletop or buffet display. I have a full -sized Grandpa Milleniel / Chennury Tree to match the colors of the dining room, and people really like it, so I decided that creating something like this would be a fun challenge.

First was looking for a base for the tree. I wanted to use any kind of porcelain or ceramic pot instead of a traditional script tree. I would love to use vintage ketchupot or something similar, but in the absence of it, I got a sweet Ceramic pot of light blue From home depot.

To climb the tree on the vessel, I trimmed The foam of flowers And decorated it on the top of the vessel. Then I used a ruler to find the center of the foam and then inserted a small wooden dowel (smaller in the diameter of the original tree pole) under the middle of the foam. When the time came to ride it, I put a warm glue under the hole and then pushed the tree into it straight down. I topped it with a hot glue.

The tree provided was green, and I thought that having a flock tree in the crowd could also stand in the crowd. So, I tried a product that was surprisingly easy to use, Snoflock. I suggest that if possible, this process is out, but it was fine inside the house, covering all surfaces around it.

Legends :: I could not find any chinsery -related jewelry that was not contradictory, so I made something by decorating the napkin on the sheet -proof jewelry. I also did this for my entire size tree, and they have maintained for a few years. (My friend Monica has a Towering lessons On his blog.) I also added something Iridescent nut cracker jewelry And Mini -sheater -proof balls.

I wanted the ribbon to become the star of the show, so I got some beautiful ribbon through Frescol – if you never used their ribbon, you would be present for an invitation. It is available to special retailers, but I get my own from a few shops on Etsy. This 1 ″ wide Light -blue velvet with wrong beads It was expensive, but very unique. Platinum ribbon is 2.5 % wide. It’s been sold, but it is Likewise And also from Farselic.
I did not want the tree to be limited to 1 side, so I made a total 2 bow (with both types of ribbons) and attached one to one.

Finally, to add some more glamorous, I added some wrong pearl trunks. From the previous project, I had a beaten crawl, so I cut them into the wire cutter parts and wired the tree branches. Here are some Similar trunks.

The festival of trees and light Louis Will Silgagar Field is 10-12, 2023 November. These trees and many other beautiful decorations are for sale, all of which are benefiting the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation.
